This is self care program is towards integrating yoga for the holistic healing of both body and mind towards finding your unique wholeness to a healthier and happier you.
Who for - Anyone looking to eg. build confidence, working on strength & flexibility in body & mind. Help with specific health issues - grief, menopause, long term health conditions, stress reduction, with a mental health awareness practitioner.
What to expect from your sessions?
An initial consultation of an hour, looking at your desired goals.
A program will be designed for you to work with over a set period of time as you work towards your goals.
Finally we will then review your progress.
When -Private sessions of yoga
1-2-1 Yoga, Groups setting - friends, family
In person & Virtual platforms offered
