Yes, we offer Private 1-2-1 yoga online classes for those who prefer to practice from the comfort of their own home. Designed for you or a group. Please email for more information.
Our studio is limited and can accommodate up to 10 students per class comfortably. We recommend signing up in advance to secure your spot.
It is advisable not to do any exercise with an injury as it may aggravate this. However with the guidance of your GP or physiotherapist, yoga is a safe option. Please speak to your teacher before your class starts.
All retreats and courses are advertised here and on social media. In the past we have held Evolution of Yoga (introduction to Yoga); Yoga for Menopause; Yoga and Poetry and Summer Saturdays. Retreats are held in March to May.
