Whatever your reason why not try our 6 week Beginners Yoga course, the perfect way to start your yoga journey in a classroom setting.

  

This first step into a class

New to yoga? Looking to move your practice from home, where you were possibly unsure if you are doing it right, needing some guidance,   Perhaps you are returning back to yoga? 


Whatever your reason why not try our 6 week Beginners Yoga course, the perfect way to start your yoga journey in a classroom setting.

  

This first step into a classroom setting can be daunting, this 6 week course is a building block to yoga and helping you to be more confident in your yoga practice,  building a strong foundation for any future class in your yoga practice. 


You will be guided over 6 weeks on the foundation of yoga.  Introduced to philosophy, breathwork, meditation and basic postures.  Assistance in poses with attention to alignment and safety by your teacher and guidance offered on any use of props.


This will offer you a gentle and supportive start of your own personal yoga journey, knowing that you are experiencing this with others.


Remember I too have been there.

Safe, Supportive, Encouraging and Fun Space

A  safe and supportive space to practice yoga, with maximum of 8 people in a class.  


Complete Beginners Course, If you're new to yoga, renewing your yoga practice, the best place to start is in a beginner's class, even if you are strong and physically fit.

A  safe and supportive space to practice yoga, with maximum of 8 people in a class.

 Booking is for whole six week course. We are strictly unable to transfer or refund places in the event of missed sessions.

"I am a sixty-three-year-old woman who has always wanted to do yoga, but have continually put it off, telling myself I am too busy. I have also told myself that with osteoarthritis and osteoporosis, it was probably something I would not be able to do anyway.

Andrea talked me through my concerns and I felt very safe with her. She gently and sensitively took me through some of the poses and to my utter delight I found I could actually do them. Confident that I had Andrea's support I could not only do them, but enjoyed the experience too. Rather than feeling uncomfortable or in pain I felt relaxed and at peace which was a real bonus and surprise. I still however worried what my vulnerable joints might be like over the following days.

To my absolute delight, not only was there no negative impact at all from the session, but there were several positives, just from one go at this. For the next few days, I was aware of feeling freer in my body in a way that I have not felt for a long while. I guess in constant pain I must unconsciously tense up, but my body felt different. I can only describe it as feeling taller, straighter and more open, as if air had been allowed into places that had previously felt constricted and blocked.

You'll move through a series of poses that stretch and strengthen different muscle groups, leaving you feeling more limber and agile, taking on more of an Iyengar style.
